A graduate of the University of Tokyo, Japan, & Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry [FRSC] who supervised 10 Ph.D. thesis, >50 master dissertations, contributed >200 SCI/SCIE articles, cited >10,000 times and possess a H-index >50 and i-10>175. Featured in the list of the top 2% of researchers in the world (2019-2023) released by Elsevier based on Stanford University Matrix. Renders editorial services to several Q-1 journals of the American Chemical Society, Elsevier, & Springer. I was the first in India who detected the SARS-CoV-2 gene in wastewater. My work on anti-viral resistance led to an invitation from the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) as an expert. My work on Arsenic Removal through Core–shell based Functionalized Nanoparticles got patented and is ready for commercialization. I believe my work inspires and enhances the knowledge and experience of students, coworkers and researchers worldwide.
