Dr. Nilesh finds his greatest fulfillment in enabling leaders, executive managers, executive teams, organizations, startups, and business families to deepen their understanding of their evolving context, discover their potential, aim higher, formulate and execute strategies, and build competencies to realize their goals. He brings straightforwardness, integrity, and missionary purpose to his work.

Nilesh offers a broad repertoire of services that include consulting, board/CxO advisory, independent board membership, mentoring, executive coaching, leading, virtual CxO services, corporate training, teaching, and researching across his areas of expertise-- strategy, entrepreneurship, strategic leadership, corporate governance, performance management, and organizational change & transformation. He also serves as an adjunct professor of strategy and entrepreneurship at IIM Sambalpur. Additionally, as a mentor, board member, advisor, and coach to several startups, NGOs, corporates, and CxOs.

Nilesh brings over 30 years of experience across countries—primarily India, USA, and UAE. This experience encompasses varied roles, and contexts in terms of industries, organizational size, organizational maturity, culture, aspiration levels, challenges, leadership levels, mindset, resources, processes, and systems.

Nilesh earned his Ph.D. from Fisher College of Business, the Ohio State University (USA), and later taught there as a faculty. He also served as a faculty in UAE, and higher-ed leader, and a country head for Telos Partners in India. Before his Ph.D., he worked with consulting majors such as PwC, KPMG, Henley Center. He is qualified to take PCC exam from the International Coach Federation (from Jan 2021-Dec 2024, ICF, USA), and holds RCC from the Worldwide Association for Business Coaches (WABC, USA) and ICC from ProgressU Hong Kong. He also holds CFA(India), MBA (IBS Hyderabad) and a BE in Electronics from MNIT Jaipur. He is certified to be an Independent Director for publicly listed companies in India by the Indian Institute for Corporate Affairs (India).

Nilesh lives and operates from Bhopal, India. He lives there with his wife and parents.
