I am working as a Professor and Head of the Department of Internal Medicine at the teaching hospital called, Christian Medical College. We provide holistic care to our patients, train our medical students and resident in holistic care and conduct research in various aspects of lifestyle medicine. We have developed a certified Training program called Post Graduate Diploma in Lifestyle Medicine in Lifestyle Medicine through distance education in Christian Medical College, Vellore. We are spearheading a School Health Program across 200 schools in India to promote healthy lifestyle among students and their parents.

We have pioneered the development of a regional and national movement of lifestyle medicine through Indian Society of Lifestyle Medicine and Asian Society of Lifestyle Medicine.
