About
I am a PhD candidate at the University of Delhi, South Campus (expected May 2026), with a focused research program to understand how multilayered bacterial signal transduction networks—spanning two-component histidine kinase (HK) systems and serine/threonine protein kinases (STPKs)—enable Mycobacterium tuberculosis survival and persistence. My doctoral work has established STPK-mediated phosphorylation of histidine kinases as a critical regulatory mechanism and novel therapeutic target for TB drug development. I have deep expertise in kinase biochemistry, phosphoproteomics, protein-protein interaction assays, structural biology, and drug discovery screening.
