About
Ratneshwar Kumar Ratnesh is an Assistant Professor of the Electronics & Communication Engineering Department at the Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), Delhi, India. He received B. Tech. degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from UPTU, M. Tech degree in VLSI & Nanotechnology from Jamia Millia Islamia Central University, Delhi, India, and Ph.D. from Delhi Technological University, Delhi, India, in 2017. He has about nine years of Teaching and research experience. Many universities and institutes in India and abroad (NGCEF, Australia) serve as visiting faculty. He is an editorial board member of more than five international journals and a reviewer of more than twenty-five international (SCI) journals. He has been actively engaged in electronics research across both private and academic institutions. He has secured the DST-SERB research grant twice (ongoing until 2025), completed an AICTE grant from the Government of India, and successfully executed three consultancy projects—one with the Government of India (Mint) and two with private organizations. His current research interests include the development of very large-scale integrated circuits using nanotechnologies such as carbon nanotube field-effect transistor (CNTFET), flexible electronics, quantum dots-based (QDs) sensors, nano-antennas, robotics with AI, qubits, metamaterials, and thin-film technology. Furthermore, they are also associated with the synthesis, characterization, modelling, and simulation of smart semiconductor materials (CNTs and QDs) at the nanoscale.
