Hello, I am Aniket,
I build production-ready AI systems by combining machine learning, software engineering, and data-driven problem solving to transform research into scalable engineering solutions.
My experience combines enterprise software engineering at NTT DATA with applied AI research at Bosch Research, giving me a strong foundation in designing reliable software while solving complex machine learning challenges. At NTT DATA, I developed production-grade APIs, backend services, and automation solutions that optimized business-critical workflows, including an enterprise onboarding platform that reduced processing time by ~40% while achieving 100% database synchronization through API-driven integration.
At Bosch Research, my master's thesis focused on deploying Spiking Neural Networks (SNNs) on the THOR neuromorphic processor for the Horizon Europe CONVOLVE project. I engineered an end-to-end deployment framework covering quantization-aware training, hardware-aware optimization, mapping, simulation, and evaluation. The solution introduced five hardware-aware mapping strategies, a cycle-accurate simulator, and a reproducible experimentation workflow, achieving up to 25% higher mapping efficiency compared with baseline approaches.
Alongside my industry experience, I have completed 20+ AI and software engineering projects spanning machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, reinforcement learning, edge AI, robotics, wearable sensing, IoT, and distributed systems. I have also authored and co-authored 7+ research publications, hold two patents, and actively contribute to applied AI through research, engineering, and continuous learning.
