Dr. Upendra Verma is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) University, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. He brings over 17 years of academic experience in teaching, research, and academic administration.
He earned his Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) and Master of Engineering (M.E.) degrees in Computer Science and Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV), Madhya Pradesh, India. He completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from GLA University, Mathura, India, and subsequently pursued a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Computer Science and Engineering at Lincoln University College, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
Dr. Verma's research interests encompass Information Security, Internet of Things (IoT), and Post-Cloud Computing Models. He has authored more than 30 research papers published in reputed peer-reviewed journals and international conferences. In addition, he actively serves as a reviewer for several renowned international journals and conferences.
At NMIMS University, Dr. Verma serves as the Departmental Coordinator for Projects and Research, contributing significantly to the promotion of research excellence and innovation among students and faculty members.
