About
Dr. Dileep Kumar Murala is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Faculty of Science and Technology (IcfaiTech) at The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (Deemed to be University), Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Dr. Murala has published 54 research articles in reputed international journals, conferences, and book chapters. He has guided several bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral theses. He has edited the book “Metaverse and Blockchain: Use Cases and Applications”, published by CRC Press, USA, and authored an international book titled “Security and Privacy Challenges in Cloud Computing Environment.” He also holds two Indian patents and has successfully completed a seed money research project worth ₹2 lakhs, funded by IFHE. His primary research interests include Blockchain Technology, Metaverse, Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Cloud Computing. Dr. Murala has chaired sessions at international conferences, including those indexed in SCI, and serves as an active reviewer for several reputed journals such as IEEE Access (IEEE), Scientific Reports (Springer Nature), Discover Sustainability, and the International Journal of Computational Intelligence Systems, among others.
