Dr. Parveen Kumar is an accomplished academician and researcher in the field of Physical Education and Exercise Physiology. He earned his Ph.D. from IGIPESS and is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Chaudhary Ranbir Singh University (CRSU). With over 10 years of teaching experience, he has made notable contributions to both research and academics. Dr. Kumar has published more than 10 research articles in reputed Scopus and Web of Science indexed journals, along with over 30 articles in peer-reviewed journals. His primary areas of expertise include exercise physiology and post-exercise recovery, with a focused interest in optimizing performance and rehabilitation strategies. He is also the author of the book titled A Textbook of Exercise Physiology, widely used by students and professionals. In addition, he serves as the Managing Editor of the journal Sports Science and Health Advances, actively contributing to scholarly publishing and research dissemination.
