Throughout my career, I have consistently viewed every professional role as a platform for both personal growth and career progression. I remain committed to approaching each new opportunity with the same passion and values-driven mindset that has guided my journey so far.
With over 18 years of progressive academic experience including more than 14 years at the distinguished Sponsored Research & Industrial Consultancy Cell (SRIC) at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur and currently serving as an Associate Professor at Chandigarh University, Punjab for around 4 years, I have enhanced my skills in teaching, research, and academic administration. My academic and professional trajectory has enabled me to refine my skills across these domains, contributing to a vibrant and innovative educational environment.
My research is primarily focused on Human Resource Management (HRM) and Organizational Behaviour, with a particular interest in how HR strategies are evolving in response to the rise of artificial intelligence, the gig economy, and hybrid work models. I investigate the intricate interplay between HRM practices and performance metrics, exploring how organizations can adapt to new workforce dynamics and technological disruptions. This includes examining the integration of AI in HRM to enhance workforce planning, talent management, and organizational agility in the digital era.
In addition to my academic roles, I have extensive experience as a peer reviewer for reputed journals indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, and UGC Care. This background has equipped me to contribute as a reviewer, editorial board member, and resource person for faculty development programs, workshops, and seminars in areas such as Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, and Research Methodology. I also serve as a guest faculty member, keynote speaker, session chair, and external examiner for postgraduate and research scholars, ensuring the continued integrity and quality of academic research.
I am dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional excellence, and ethical scholarship in all my academic and professional pursuits.
