I am a postdoctoral researcher in Materials Engineering with a PhD completed in August 2024. My research focuses on advanced welding and joining technologies for automotive and offshore applications, including arc welding, resistance spot welding, self-piercing riveting, and resistance element welding. I have extensive experience in microstructural analysis, weld metallurgy, and mechanical performance evaluation of advanced high-strength steels (AHSS), hot press-forming (HPF) steels, and aluminum alloys. My work has been recognized with the IIW Best Paper Award (Category B) in 2024. I am passionate about bridging academic research with industrial applications to drive innovation in lightweight and high-performance structures.
