I am Dr. Sanjay Kumar Ray. I am from Malkangiri, Odisha. I am currently working as Assistant Executive Engineer (Group-A, Gazetted Officer), Department of Water Resources, Government of Odisha. I have more than 3 years of teaching experience. I have completed PhD and M.Tech. in Hydraulic and Water Resources Engineering, Civil Engineering Department, IIT Kharagpur under the supervision of Prof. VR Desai. Also completed my B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from IIT Guwahati.
