Goutam Das was born in Moyna, Purba Medinipur, West Bengal, India in 1983.He received the B. Tech. degree in Electrical engineering from Haldia Institute of Technology, West Bengal, India, in 2006 and M. Tech degree in Embedded System from Haldia Institute of Technology, West Bengal, India, in 2008. Since 2008 he is working as assistant Professor of Haldia Institute of Technology, West Bengal, India.
His research interest includes the development of condition monitoring technique for fault type and fault severity of industrial motors using signal processing technique.
