I Arvind Chauhan Assistant Professor Chhatrapati shahu Ji Maharaj University Kanpur I have an extensive field experience of hotel and hospitality industry. I have work in Jaypee palace hotel and convention centre Agra and also in cruise ship about my academic experience I have worked as Assistant Professor in Babu Banarasi Das University Lucknow. About my qualification i have done BHM from him Lucknow and MTTM from IGNOU and currently pursuing PHD from kanpur University.
