Dr. RAVI KUMAR SAIDALA is an Assistant Professor in the department of CSE Data Science at CMR UNIVERSITY. With a specialization in Data Mining, he obtained his doctoral degree, Doctor of Philosophy, from Acharya Nagarjuna University, India. Prior to that, he completed his Master's degree, Master of Technology, in Computer Science and Engineering from the same university, where he excelled as the overall topper in the M-Tech batch. He also holds a Bachelor's degree, Bachelor of Technology, in Computer Science and Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada, India.
Throughout his doctoral-level studies, Dr. Ravi Kumar Saidala has showcased exemplary discipline and dedication as a research scholar. His outstanding contributions are evidenced by the publication of 30 research papers in esteemed international journals and flagship conferences, including IEEE ICCICC’17 at Oxford University, UK, and IEEE ICCICC’18 at the University of California, Berkeley, USA. His research focuses on the design and development of novel nature-inspired Metaheuristics and advanced optimum clustering methods utilizing optimization algorithms. Driven by a multidisciplinary approach, his expertise spans Data Mining, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, Computational Intelligence, and Digital Image Processing.
Dr. Ravi Kumar Saidala actively serves as an Editorial Board member for prestigious international journals and holds the role of a diligent reviewer for reputable IEEE, Springer, and Elsevier journals. Additionally, he has authored a book on DATA MINING and holds National and International Patents & Grants in the areas of Data Mining, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Metaheuristics. His remarkable achievements include being selected for the UGC National Fellowship program.
