About
I, Dr. Raju Panthagani, am an Assistant Professor of Physics at the Geethanjali College of Engineering and Technology, Cheeryal, Hyderabad, India. Completed master of science at Osmania University with nanoscience specialization, in 2010, and was awarded PhD in Physics from the Osmania University, Hyderabad in 2017, working with Late Prof. S. Ramana Murthy. In my thesis, I pioneered the Microwave absorption properties of Polymer-based nanocomposites and also gained expertise in different synthesis techniques of nanomaterials and their electrical and magnetic properties. Currently working on synthesis and characterization of Carbon materials-polymer nanocomposites and Ferrite-Polymer nanocomposites.
Published 60 international publications, and 4 book chapters, and also acted as editor and reviewer for 2 books.
Supervised 3 M. Sc projects.
10+ years of teaching experience as an Assistant Professor.
“Participated in the Faculty Induction Training Programme supported by MHRD, under the scheme Pandit
Madan Mohan Malaviya National Mission on Teachers and Teaching (PMMMNMTT)” at IITH.
10+ years of home tuition experience (X-XII Physics, IPE, IIT-JEE, NEET level).
Organized 4 conferences, and 3 FDPs.
