About
R. Ganesh Narayanan is presently a Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati. His areas of research include sheet metal forming, forging, joining and forming, friction stir welding & its variants, tailor made blanks, formability and forming limit, and computational applications in materials and process design. He has contributed several papers in journals of international repute, authored several book chapters and has edited few books. He completed his PhD degree from IIT Bombay, India.
