Dr. Anuradha Saini is working as Assistant Professor (Amity Institute of Biotechnology), Amity University Rajasthan, Jaipur. Dr. Saini has also worked as Teaching Associate in the Department of Processing and Food Engineering, CCSHAU, Hisar (Haryana). Her research is focused in the area of value addition of food industry by- products, green extraction of bioactive compounds and advanced delivery systems for food applications.
