Dr. Piyush Kumar Shukla (PDF, Ph.D., SMIEE, LMISTE) is an Honorary Adjunct Professor, School of Computer Information and Communication Engineering, Kunsan National University, South Korea & Associate Professor in Computer Science & Engineering Department, University Institute of Technology, Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (Technological University of Madhya Pradesh). He completed Post Doctorate Fellowship (PDF) in March 2020 under "Information Security Education and Awareness Project Phase-II, funded by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), from SVNIT Surat, Gujarat, India, from the Department of Computer Engineering. He is Ph.D. in CSE, MTech in CSE, and BE in ECE from RGPV, Bhopal, M.P. India.
Dr. Shukla has published more than 150 research papers, book chapters, and books at the National/International level in IEEE/ACM Transactions, Elsevier, and Springer. He has published 07 Books with Springer, IGI- Global, Taylor & Francis, (Wiley-SP, AAP. He is an active reviewer and editorial member of more than ten reputed International Journals in his research areas, such as IEEE Transactions, Elsevier Journals, and Springer Journals. He has teaching and research experience of 15 years. He has been Assistant Registrar, Academic (Ph.D.), Co-Coordinator of Intellectual Property Right Cell (RGPV), and Co-Coordinator AICTE at RGPV. Dr Shukla has been delivering several Expert lectures in online and offline mode. He is the recipient of many awards and recognitions, such as the Best Researcher Award-2020 and the 2nd International Research Awards on Science, Health and Engineering by the International Research Awards Science father, India. Dr. Piyush has delivered more than 25 Expert Lectures and Chaired many Technical Sessions at International Conferences worldwide, such as in the USA. He is also a member of many professional bodies like IEEE (Senior Member) and ISTE (Life Member). He has Project Grants under progress: 01, Principal Investigator (PI), Titled "Precision Agriculture: Smart Farming with IoT and Drone for increasing productivity of Crops in India," worth Rs. 3.0 Lakh under a research grant funded by TEQIP-III, RGPV, Bhopal. He has applied for other project grants in SERB, DST, MPCST scheme, and several other Govt. of India. His research interest includes Machine Intelligence, Medical Image Processing, and White-Box Cryptography. He has Supervised 07 Ph.D. Scholars and 50 M. Tech dissertations to date. He has served the department in PG In-charge/Coordinator M. Tech, DDIPG programs, Department Coordinator NBA, NAAC, and NIRF & as HoD several times.
