About
I have a Ph.D. degree in engineering sciences. I did my M.Tech. in Environmental Systems Engineering & Modelling. I have experience in materials modelling, solar energy, energy systems, device engineering and modelling, material synthesis, material characterization, and fabrication of thin films; characterization of thin films; environmental materials; materials for energy applications; solar cells; photosynthesis; etc. I have also worked in the area of environmental impact assessment of the devices. I have explored various characterization techniques such as XRD, SEM, TEM, HRTEM, AFM, TGA-DTA, FTIR, Raman spectroscopy, UV-vis spectroscopy, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, etc. Previously, I have reviewed the papers related to materials in various SCI journals.
