About
Karthikeyan Baskaran is a lecturer in the department of medicine and optometry at Linnaeus University, Kalmar, Sweden. He completed his postdoctoral training at Indiana University School of Optometry in Bloomington and his research interest focuses on the areas of low vision rehabilitation and retinal imaging. He completed his doctorate degree under the supervision of Dr. Jorgen Gustafsson and defended his thesis entitled "Optimal Use of Peripheral Vision" at Linnaeus University, Kalmar, Sweden. He earned his bachelor’s degree in optometry from Elite School of Optometry, in Chennai, India.
