Validation the traditional uses of crude drugs using in-vitro/in-vivo activity.
Extraction and isolation of bioactive molecules using bioactivity-guided fractionation techniques.
Pharmacological evaluation of extracts/fractions/isolates.
Standardization of crude drugs.
Analytical method development of analytical/biomarker(s) using HPLC/HPTLC/TLC-densitometric analysis.
Quantification of marker(s) in herbal drug.
