About
Working on microbial bioagents of nematodes evaluated for their antagonistic effects against plant-parasitic nematodes, including Purpureocillium lilacinum, actinomycetes, Streptomyces purpeofuscus and S. lavendulae, terrestrial cyanobacteria like Synechococcus nidulans, rhizobacteria, Pseudomonas fluorescens, an endospore forming bacterium, Pasteuria penetrans, nematicidal Bacillus species from rhizosphere and nematode antagonistic Trichoderma asperellum. Research conducted on the nematicidal bioefficacy of the above isolates, mode of action, frequency of application, development of formulations, compatibility with pesticides and other bioagents.
