About
Currently I am working as JRF in project sponsored by RKVY, Govt of Rajasthan title “Development of Biomaterial based Nanoformulations through Nano-biotechnological Approaches against Major Phytopathogenic Microbes of Maize and Soybean”. During the period of 2014-2018, I carried out my PhD research under the supervision of PI Dr Vinod Saharan and we are the pioneer in development of biodegradable nanomaterials made up of biopolymer, biomolecules, micronutrient for plant protection and growth. Our research work delivered technologies which have been appreciated and considered very promising in agriculture. I developed thymol based biodegradable nanoemulsion for plant protection and growth, which is first report of its kind. My work is synthesis, characterization and evaluating bioactivity of various nanonmaterials against plant pathogen and its effect on plant growth and innate immunity.
