About
I have over 15 years of experience leading projects related to maritime affairs, port development, public policy, strategic advisory, strategy formulation, and project implementation. My core areas of expertise lie in conceptualizing, strategic planning, and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects across ports, terminals, shipbuilding, multimodal logistics parks (MMLPs), public-private partnerships (PPPs), and road and rail connectivity development. My background in maritime transportation, strategic planning, and public policy has enabled me to drive high-impact initiatives in port planning, development, and operational efficiency. I have successfully conceptualized, negotiated and executed concession agreements, detailed project reports (DPRs), project feasibility reports (PFRs), and master plans to achieve transformational outcomes. I am passionate about research and have contributed policy-relevant studies and peer-reviewed publications on maritime transportation, PPPs, and infrastructure strategies, with a particular emphasis on port development, public policy, and sustainable growth. I have mentored and guided over 50 candidates through research projects and internships, nurturing the next generation of maritime and infrastructure professionals.
