Dr. Biplab Bhattacharjee is an Associate Professor in the area of Information Systems and Analytics at Jindal Global Business School, O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat. Prior to joining, Jindal Global Business School, he has also worked as an Assistant Professor at IIM Shillong for two years. Dr Biplab Bhattacharjee has a cumulative experience of eight years in diverse roles. He has earned his Ph.D. in Systems and Business Analytics from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Calicut. Post to his PhD, he has worked as faculty in School of Management Studies, National Institute of Technology, Calicut and in Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Kerala, respectively. Prior to PhD, he has worked for 5 years in different roles such as entrepreneur, academician and data analyst in different organizations in Bangalore. He has completed his M.Sc. Engineering by Research in the year 2015 and Bachelor of Engineering in the year 2006. He has worked in different data science consultant roles as well in several companies in Kerala and Bangalore. He is an interdisciplinary researcher and has published extensively in ABDC/SCI/SCOPUS indexed journals in the area of system sciences and data sciences and he possess a H-index of 13 and i-index of 16, respectively.
