Dr. Manish Kumar is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Plastic Technology at Harcourt Butler Technical University, Kanpur (Formerly HBTI Kanpur). He did his postdoc from Institute of Polymers and Composites (IPC), Department of Polymer Engineering at the University of Minho, Portugal.
He has published 16 research articles in international journals. He is also credited with 15 international conferences and presented research work in the USA, Greece and Portugal. He was awarded 3 times for International Travel Grant by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), India. He was also selected for travel support by The Centre for International Co-operation in Science (CICS), Chennai. His previous academic award includes a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, 2016, M.Tech. in Polymer Engineering from Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology (CIPET), 2010, Lucknow and M.Sc. in Polymer Science from Chaudhary Charan Singh University Meerut. His research interests are Polymer Composites, Rheology, Nanomaterials, Polymer Processing, Biomaterials.
