Associated as Professor with Department of Electronics Engineering at Harcourt Butler Technical University ( Formerly known as Harcourt Butler Technological Institute), Kanpur, India and presently continuing as Director, Government Engineering College, Kannauj since 27 Jan, 2021.

Received Bachelor of Engineering in 1989 from Amravati University while Master Degree in Power Electronics & ASIC Design from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad, India in 2004. Got honored with Doctorate from same institute in 2011 while processing research work on Performance Evaluation of Interleave-Division Multiple-Access Scheme in Wireless Communication.

Published more than hundred research papers including more than 50 SCI and SCOPUS Indexed Journal in various international and national journals and conferences of repute while being reviewer of several noted journals and conferences. Also written reference book on Wireless & Mobile Communication with OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS apart from owning 6 PATENTS on hand on various areas of technology.

Supervised research work for several undergraduate, post graduate and doctorate students in various areas of Wireless and Mobile Communication Engineering including other edges of Electronics Engineering.

​ I was engaged as member in Board of Studies (BOS) of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow , Rajkiya Engineering College, Kannauj from 2016- to 2019, and Harcourt Butler Technical University, Kanpur and other technical institutions.

Also was engaged as Member, BOG of THDC HIET, Tehri Garhwal till 2019 and Member, Advisory Board, Greater Noida Institute of Technology & G.L. Bajaj Group of Institutions, Greater Noida.

​ Served as Registrar of Harcourt Butler Technical University from June 5, 2018 to November 30, 2019 along with duties of Finance Controller for a short period as well as Pro Vice Chancellor of the University from 30.11.2019 to 26.01.2021. Also associated as Coordinator of STEP-HBTI, a Management Institute associated with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow from August 5, 2017 to August 4, 2020.

Member of various professional bodies including IEEE, IETE, ISTE, IAENG.
