Dr. Ankita Gupta

About

I am a dentist, academician, and researcher currently working as an Assistant Professor at Government Dental College (GDC), Srinagar. I previously served as a Registrar and Lecturer at Indira Gandhi Government Dental College, Jammu, where I was actively involved in undergraduate teaching, clinical training, and academic research. My experience in both clinical dentistry and academia has strengthened my interest in evidence-based practice and research.

Alongside my academic role, I run a private dental practice, Tooth Healers Dental Studio, where I focus on providing comprehensive and patient-centered dental care.

My research interests include biostatistics, epidemiology, clinical research methodology, and evidence-based dentistry. I have presented several research papers at national conferences and have received Best Paper Presentation awards. I have also completed certified courses in Biostatistics, SPSS software usage, and Tobacco Cessation from NIMHANS.

I actively collaborate with students and researchers in questionnaire design, study design, statistical analysis using SPSS, sample size calculation, data interpretation, and thesis or dissertation guidance. I am open to research collaborations, data analysis projects, and academic partnerships in dentistry and health sciences to promote high-quality research.
