He is having twenty nine years of Teaching and twenty five years of Research experience. He has to his credit, 50 Research Articles published in reputed National and International Management and Commerce Journals and also published three books one is Research, another two are Edited Books and one more text book. He is Ph.D. thesis adjudicator and also a Reviewer of National and International Journals. He has participated and presented more than 95 papers in both National and International Seminars/Conferences and has been invited as a Chairman to lead Technical Sessions of various Seminars / Conferences. He has successfully organized two day national seminar on the topic entitled “ROLE OF BANKING AND FINANCE SECTORS IN A TURBULENT GLOBAL SCENARIO”, sponsored by AICTE, New Delhi and also successfully organized two webinars entitled “COMMODITY DERIVATIVES MARKET – A COMPLETE APPROACH” and “SHARPEN THE CV FOR BETER PROMOTION: LINKEDIN WAY” respectively. Recently he successfully organized Five day National Workshop on the topic entitled “DISCERNING BEHAVIOURAL FINANCE AND COMMODITY DERIVATIVES”. He has been recognized as research supervisor by the JNTU Anathapuramu and Mohan Babu University and two Ph.D. Research Scholars are pursuing their Ph.D. under his guidance. JNTUA, Two of the research scholars awarded Ph.D. under his guidance in Management. His interested research areas are Finance and HR.
