About
Now working as an Associate Professor in the School of Electronics Engineering, Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. He awarded Ph.D. from department Electrical Engineering at the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Rourkela, India. and received M.E. degree in Communication Control & Networking from the Madhav Institute of Technology and Science, Gwalior, M.P., India, in 2003.
He explores, learns and shares interesting opportunities through Interdisciplinary to Transdisciplinary Collaborative Research. Research interest on Nano-electronics devices, Sensors for Wireless Communication and RF Transceivers with application towards IoT in which the contributions will make a difference to the quality of life of real people. His research interests include Modeling and Simulation of Nanoscale Devices (FinFETs, Tunneling transistor, HEMT, MESFET, GAA MOSFET) and its application in IoT. Energy-Efficient Wireless Sensor Networking, Metamaterial absorbers in the THz application, and Gain Bandwidth enhancement in the antenna array for the high-frequency application. He has authored various international journals and conferences. He is a life member of ISTE, CSI, Fellow of IETE, and IEEE(Sr. Member).
