Dr. Laddha is a distinguished pharmaceutical researcher with a Ph.D. from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune, and post-doctoral research credentials from Regeron, South Korea. His academic and research journey is marked by notable achievements, including a research grant of ₩5 million from the Korean Society of Ginseng and a ₹64 lakh FIST grant from the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India.
