About

Dr. Gurmeet Singh is working as Associate Professor in Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology , GGSIPU in Electronics and Communication Engineering Department. He is head innovation and research centre in his organization. He has more than 28 years of teaching and research experience. He obtained his Ph.D. degree for IIT Delhi in 2019 and M.Tech in signal processing from NSIT, Delhi. His research interest includes Embedded System, Biomedical signal processing and Real time biomedical problems. Instrumentation, EIT, Rehabilitation Engineering, BCI, Bio inspired design and robotics.
He has earlier worked as senior lecturer/head of department in GTBPI. He had developed labs and guided many students for research papers and research projects for B.Tech students. He was Co-PI in research project at AIIMS and session chair in many international conferences. He is a member of IEEE, IETE, LISTE, ISEBI, Society. He has authored 10 books for engineering students. He has published many Research papers in various reputed journals and attended various National/ International Workshops and Conferences. Won prizes for best research paper in international conference and prizes and certificate of appreciation for mentoring innovative ideas and projects. Dr. Singh has visited US to present his research work in international conferences.
