SANJEEV RAI
Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, National Institute Of Technology Silchar, National Institute of Technology Raipur
About
Sanjeev Rai received his Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Raipur (formerly Government Engineering College, Raipur) in 1997, the Master of Engineering (M.E.) degree in Digital Systems from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad in 2002, and the Ph.D. degree from the same institute in 2013. He is currently a Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at MNNIT Allahabad, Prayagraj, India. With more than 22 years of teaching experience including over 17 years at MNNIT. He has made significant contributions to teaching, research, and academic leadership. He has published over 74 research articles in reputed international journals and conferences, contributed 14 book chapters, and serves as a reviewer for several leading journals and conferences. His research interests span semiconductor device modeling, analog and mixed-signal VLSI design, and nano-electronics, with a strong emphasis on physics-based and compact modeling of advanced and emerging devices, low-power and low-voltage circuit design, and device–circuit co-design under technology scaling constraints. His work further covers advanced MOSFET architectures, tunneling and steep-slope devices, emerging channel materials, nanoscale variability and reliability, ultra-low-power analog/RF front ends. He has successfully supervised 5 Ph.D. scholars, more than 44 M.Tech dissertations, and over 60 B.Tech project groups.
