About

For over 15 years, I've worked in product and process development, material design, and quality control. I am currently the Head of Quality Control-Metallurgy at an Indian-based RDT Manufacturing company, where I lead a cross-functional team of seven people in quality control from raw materials to finished products. I am deeply committed to developing trusted processes and products that assist customers in meeting their objectives.

Previously, I worked as a Team Lead- Design Engineer, Material selection, new source development, conducting RCA, developing Technical specifications, conducting experiments, and leading Global research and testing facility, where I used to work on Automated machines like Microscopes and hardness tester to understand and study the characteristics of steels and cemented carbide and its performance related issues.

My Personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself.

I can successfully scale up in any manufacturing sector with revenues ranging from INR 5 Million to INR 50 Billion. Everything, I do revolve around the customer. I excel at executing big ideas within given constraints. My gut instinct is reliable, but I prefer to base my decision on data.

I educate, refine, and drive myself to be a better person;
I am constantly learning when I never settle;
I continue to stay calm in the face of adversity, and 
I concentrate on making high-quality decisions.
