About

Dr. Dube has extensive experience of almost 30 years in working for both Public, Private and Research organizations in senior positions and a consistent track record of success in getting initiatives off the ground and flourishing, in the quickest possible time frame. Currently he is Executive Vice President and Group Head- Information Risk Management of Reliance Industries Limited- the largest business conglomerates in India. His key responsibilities here mainly encompasses design and implementation of state of the art Information Security and Information Risk Management processes and technologies in various businesses viz Petroleum Supply chain, Retail,Lifescience etc both in IT and OT space. Prior to this He worked for almost three years as Executive Director of Paladion Networks- one of the biggest pure play Technology Risk Management company in Asia. At Paladion he headed the BFSI vertical which constitutes almost 80% of the revenue of the company. Before that he was for a year in Wipro InfoTech as Consulting Advisor, Strategic Information security Services. His role here was to design innovative Technology Risk Management solutions for the BFSI sector. Prior to that He was in IDRBT for 6 years as Faculty and Head Consulting (On deputation from RBI). Before IDRBT Mr Dube was for almost 2 decades in RBI (Reserve Bank of India) and handled many senior roles in various RBI offices.
His USP is “Regulators perspective blended with that of a technologist, business strategist and cyber security expert”.
Few other accomplishments
• He has authored a book viz “Information system Audit and Assurance” with case studies and checklist from the Banking Industry, published by TATA McGraw Hill in the year 2005. The book is in its 3rd Reprint and is being used as a course curriculum in couple of universities and professional courses.
• Authored various referred research papers which are published in national and international journals and conference proceedings on Technology Risk, Internet Banking etc. and obtained his Ph.D. in Cyber security Management from reputed university in India.
• Awarded Diamond Jubilee Overseas Banking Research fellowship by Indian Institute of Bankers in the Year 2005. During this fellowship He has visited almost 20 (Twenty) large financial organization in USA and UK and compared their Information security and assurance practices to that of India. Most of his recommendations are accepted and implemented in the Indian Banking sector.

• Honorary Member- Risk Management Committee NPCI
• Member, Standing Committee on Technology for CDSL Ventures Ltd (CVL), a subsidiary of BSE
