Dr. Hiteshwar Kumar Azad is a Senior Assistant Professor in the School of Computer Science and Engineering at the Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Vellore, India. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Patna, India. Dr. Azad has established a strong research footprint through numerous publications in reputed international conferences and SCI-indexed journals, and he actively contributes to the scholarly community as a reviewer for several international journals.
His research interests span Information Retrieval, Query Expansion, Data Mining, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Multimodal Large Language Models, and the Semantic Web. Dr. Azad is dedicated to advancing cutting-edge research, mentoring emerging innovators, and contributing meaningfully to the global computing community.
