Research Career Interests:
* Product diversification in sericulture by utilization of silkworm excreta, mulberry leaves for extraction of bioactives like 1DNJ, GABA, Chlorophyll, Polyphenols etc and their utilization in pharmaceutical, cosmetic and nutraceutical applications.
* Utlization of waste and unreelable cocoons for extraction of sericin protein and its utilization in cosmetic product development
* Development of Seri-herbals cosmetic products using sericin and herbs as active ingredients
* Utilzation of Nanoparticles for production of designer silk
