Dr. Rakhi K. Jha has been working as a Scientist at Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Prior to this She has worked at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, Animal Welfare Board of India, and National Institute of Animal Welfare, GOI. Previously she was working as a Research Scientist in the School of Medical Science & Technology, IIT Kharagpur, India since a decade with multidisciplinary expertise in areas like bioengineering, nanomedicine development, magnetic field mediated drug delivery, biodistribution, imaging, biomedical application of nanoparticles etc. She has extensively worked on nanotechnology aided reproductive biomedicine development like, Cuproferrogel nanomedicine ‘Smart RISUG’; and injectable male contraceptive RISUG. Dr. Jha published ground breaking research in top healthcare journals and presented in national and internationals conferences. She is an active member of scientific professional bodies and reviewer for nanotechnology, toxicology, woman healthcare journals. Mrs. Jha contributed significantly to various healthcare projects of national interest under Government of India. Dr. Jha a gold medalist has persistently proved academic brilliance with numerous honors to her credit and with entrenched determination she honestly aspires scientific betterment of society.
