About
I am a Model-Based Developer currently at Caterpillar, Chennai, specializing in the creation of virtual models and testing environments using MATLAB and Simulink. My work focuses on the integration of Operator, Plant, and Sensor models to facilitate rigorous virtual validation.
Research experience: Model-Based Design (Plant & Sensor modelling) in Simulink, Applied Dynamics and Vibration, Vehicle Dynamics (Modelling & Simulations), Vehicle Instrumentation & Signal processing and MEMS sensors modelling.
1. Postdoctoral research associate (2024, Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad, India.)
2. Ph.D. scholar (2023, Department of Mechanical Engineering , Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur)
3. M.tech. (2010, Stress and Vibration analysis, Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal)
4. B.E. (2008,Department of Mechanical Engineering, Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal)
My Ph.D. research objective is to modify the design concept of the passenger car’s suspension to improve passenger ride comfort.
As a member of the Vehicle Dynamics and Instrumentation Lab at IIT Kanpur, I also worked on the project “MEMS-based Health Management System for Automotive Brake and Steering Sub-Systems” sponsored by the National Program on Micro and Smart Systems (NPMASS).
After graduation, I also worked in the Crompton Greaves transformer (T4) division.
Technical skills: MATLAB (Simscape ,Simulink, Stateflow), MSC ADAMS/view, Ansys multiphysics, ProE, AutoCAD, Maple, Latex, Adobe Illustrator, and Ipe.
