I completed my Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from KVG Dental College and Hospital, Sullia, Dakshina Kannada, Karnataka, India in 2006. Pursuing my passion for orthodontics, I earned my Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from the prestigious MS Ramaiah Dental College and Hospital, Bangalore, Karnataka, India in 2010, affiliated with the well-known Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. In addition, I hold an MBA in Health Care Services from Sikkim Manipal University, India, which has enriched my perspective on healthcare management and institutional leadership. I am currently pursuing a PhD at Sharad Pawar Dental College (SPDC), Datta Meghe Institute of Medical Sciences (DMIHER), Sawangi (Wardha), India, further strengthening my academic and research foundation.

Presently, I serve as Professor and Head, Department of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at Chhattisgarh Dental College and Research Institute, Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh, India, where I have been deeply engaged in teaching, mentoring, and clinical practice for over 16 years. My academic career has been marked by a commitment to excellence in orthodontic education, evidence-based clinical research, and institutional development.

Over the years, I have:
- Guided postgraduate students in orthodontics, fostering critical thinking, research methodology, and clinical expertise.
- Published and peer-reviewed scientific articles in reputed journals, with a focus on orthodontic biomechanics, craniofacial growth, and innovative treatment protocols.
- Served as a reviewer and advisor for academic manuscripts, ensuring methodological rigor and publication ethics.
- Contributed to institutional documentation and quality assurance, including copyright filings, protocol standardization, and regulatory compliance.
- Facilitated interdisciplinary collaborations, bridging orthodontics with allied dental and medical specialties.
- Mentored colleagues and junior clinicians, promoting academic integrity, scientific writing, and professional growth.

My research interests include:
- Clinical applications of photodynamic therapy and biomaterials in orthodontics.
- Protocol development and copyright protection for reproducible clinical workflows.
- Process improvement in academic publication, with emphasis on methodological transparency.
- Intellectual property strategy in academic research and institutional documentation.

Beyond academics, I actively contribute to administrative leadership, ensuring smooth departmental functioning, curriculum development, and compliance with institutional and national standards. My MBA background enables me to integrate healthcare management principles into academic dentistry, enhancing efficiency and patient-centered care.

I am deeply committed to advancing orthodontics through scientific innovation, academic mentorship, and institutional advocacy. My professional journey reflects a balance of clinical expertise, academic scholarship, and leadership in healthcare education. With my ongoing PhD research at SPDC, DMIHER, Sawangi (Wardha), I aim to further contribute to the scientific community by developing reproducible, evidence-based protocols that strengthen both clinical practice and academic publication standards.
