About
I am an architect, urban planner and did my PhD from the Department of Architecture and Regional Planning at IIT Kharagpur. My research focuses on the vitality of ethnic migrant communities in the Indian context. Through my studies, I aim to shed light on these communities' unique challenges and opportunities, with a particular emphasis on their cultural heritage, social integration, and urban dynamics. By examining these aspects, I strive to contribute to the development of inclusive and sustainable urban policies and interventions.
Beyond my research endeavours, I advocate for sustainable urban development and believe in the power of architecture and planning to create inclusive and vibrant communities. I actively engage in collaborative initiatives, workshops, and conferences to exchange ideas, foster innovation, and promote dialogue on urban challenges.
