About
I am working in the field of environmental engineering, particularly water and wastewater treatment. During my master's degree I worked on the greywater treatment by using sand filtration. My PhD work is on coagulation for water treatment involving removal of natural organic matter and inorganic turbidity. I am working in the Public Health and Engineering Lab since 2014 so I go along well with the water quality standards and protocols for water quality analysis. My work is more concerned about the water quality and optimization of treatment technologies in the Indian conditions. I have also worked on the treatment of textile wastewater by using coagulation and sand adsorption as a pre-treatment step.
