About
I am an ecosystem research professional and forest geneticist with over five years of experience advancing climate mitigation, ecosystem conservation, and Nature-Based Solutions (NbS). Having recently earned my Ph.D. in Forest Genetics from the ICFRE-Institute of Forest Productivity (under the Forest Research Institute Deemed to be University, Dehradun), my work bridges the critical gap between rigorous hard science and actionable environmental security. I also served as a Senior Research Fellow until 2025, where I led the implementation and monitoring of large-scale biodiversity initiatives for the National Programme for Conservation and Development of Forest Genetic Resources.
