Dr. Kailash Chandra Bandhu is a distinguished academician and researcher in the field of Computer Science and Engineering, with over 19 years of teaching and research experience. His expertise spans across Database Management Systems, Computer Networking, Wireless Networks, Web Engineering, Cloud Infrastructures, Big Data Analytics, and the Internet of Things. He is also a certified CISCO CCNA Instructor.
Dr. Bandhu pursued his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Mandsaur Institute of Technology, M.P., India, in 2005. He went on to complete his Master of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Medicaps Institute of Technology and Management, Indore, in 2010. His academic journey culminated with a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Bhagwant University, Ajmer, Rajasthan, in 2017.
Dr. Bandhu began his teaching career as a Lecturer at Malwa Institute of Technology, Indore, in 2006. Over the years, he has held various academic positions including Assistant Professor, Senior Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Head of Department, Dean, and Professor at reputed institutions such as Acropolis Technical Campus, Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences, Shivajirao Kadam Institute of Technology & Management, and Medicaps University, Indore. He has also served as Dean Academics and Dean of the School of Computer Science & Information Technology.
Dr. Bandhu’s research interests include Wireless Networks, Big Data Analytics, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, and Machine Learning. He has supervised numerous undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral research projects. His prolific research output includes a wide range of journal articles, conference papers, and book chapters indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar. His works cover diverse topics such as intrusion detection using CNN, blockchain-enabled supply chains, AI-driven career counseling, plant disease detection, and WiMAX network optimization.
Dr. Bandhu has actively contributed to academic and professional communities. He has coordinated national conferences, international workshops, and IEEE conferences. He has served as a Professor In-charge for institutional websites, coordinated NBA and NAAC accreditation processes, and acted as a steering committee member for ISO certification. His leadership roles include Examination Superintendent, Central Valuation In-charge, and Nodal Officer for online counseling.
Dr. Bandhu has extended his academic influence internationally as a Visiting Professor at the University of Hasanuddin, Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. His global engagement reflects his commitment to advancing knowledge and fostering international collaboration in computer science education and research.
Dr. Bandhu has authored and co-authored numerous impactful publications. His research has been published in prestigious journals such as Wireless Personal Communications, Multimedia Tools and Applications, International Journal of Logistics Systems and Management, and Security and Privacy. His conference contributions include papers presented at IEEE International Conferences and other globally recognized forums.
Through his extensive teaching, research, and leadership roles, Dr. Kailash Chandra Bandhu has significantly contributed to the advancement of computer science education and research. His dedication to mentoring students, fostering innovation, and promoting academic excellence continues to inspire future generations of engineers and researchers.
