About

I was born on April 10, 1993, in Kargil, Ladakh, India. In 2014, I obtained my graduation degree [Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Physics] from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi, India. During my graduation, I also participated in National Cadet Corps (NCC) and was awarded NCC ‘C’ certificate. In 2017, I completed my post-graduation degree [Master of Science in Physics] from the Central University of Rajasthan, India. In the same year, I qualified for National Eligibility Test (NET)-Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) organized by University Grants Commission (UGC), India. In July-2017, I joined as a Junior Research Fellow at the Department of Physics, Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India. My research interest during my PhD was focused on growth and characterization of ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic quantum materials for spintronics devices. In July-2023, I completed my Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from the Department of Physics, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India. Presently, I am working as a post-doc researcher at Paul Drude Institute for Solid State Electronics, Berlin, Germany. My work is focused on the growth and optimization of epitaxial relationships in Ni doped FexGeTe2 vdW-heterostructures.
