About
I, Faiza Siddiqui, am serving as a permanent faculty member at the SZABIST Karachi Campus (Pakistan). She earned a PhD (Management) degree from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (Perak, Malaysia). Her research interests are Sustainable Consumption, SDGs, Environmental Sustainability, Sustainable Consumption Behaviors, Energy Transition, Organizational Behavior, HRM, Leadership, Organizational Psychology, Human Behavior, and general Management topics.
Dr. Faiza Siddiqui also served as an Associate Editor of the Journal of SZABIST and as a Review Board Member and Reviewer in several journals. She supervised and examined several Master's theses. She learned technical skills (software tools), including SPSS, Smart-PLS, R Studio, and NVivo, along with several short courses.
Previously, she gained experience in different universities as a visiting faculty member. She possesses extensive knowledge and experience in academics and university administration, including HEC correspondence & mock audits, accreditation, admissions, examinations, and other related areas. She also performed her duties as Assistant PG Program Coordinator, Teaching Assistant, Strategic Planning Officer, and Executive Service Ambassador at the university, school, and company, respectively.
Voluntarily, she has had different social work experiences, HR activities, career counseling exposure, admission office duties, event management, workshops, and other extracurricular activities throughout her student life.
She is a career-oriented and passionate individual. Ethical leadership, time management, spirituality, perseverance, honesty, and diligence are the few core values of her personality. Her other interests and hobbies include social/welfare work, donation drives, education & career coaching, poetry writing, philosophical discussions, psychological & spiritual mentoring & counseling, motivational speaking, and traveling.
She aspires to contribute to a better society through impactful research, experiential teaching, and skillful support within dynamic, inclusive, and growth-oriented environments, and bring a strong commitment to continuous learning and development, with the aim of discovering her interests, aligning with her values, and growing alongside an organization that fosters collaboration, innovation, and a conducive working environment. Eager to leverage her life experiences and professional capabilities to prove her worth and make meaningful contributions to both society and the organization.
