Over 18+ years of Academic and Industrial research experience in the establishment of Novel Drug Delivery Systems, Proven track record of establishment and technology transfer of various Oral Drug Delivery Systems utilizing Micro/Nanostructured carriers and Nanobiology.
Serving as Chairperson-Intellectual Property Rights Cell since 2017 at KVSR Siddhartha College of Pharmaceutical Sciences conducted certificate programs to the students and contributed in bringing together Law professionals, Patent agents and Pharmacy professionals on a single platform for the benefit of students.
Five years of consultancy services in the field of Intellectual Property Rights and Regulatory Affairs to pharma Industry for guiding in interpreting regulatory rules or rule changes with my vast experience in the theoretical knowledge on legislations governing medical products. The major professional roles and responsibilities include- Competitive patent landscaping, Patentability searches for US/EU/ROW patents, Patent drafting and patent prosecution; ANDA filing strategies: ROW market dossier filings.
Launched and Commercialized Paracetamol in new Effervescent Tablet form in India and received Letter of Appreciation for my contribution in commercialization of Paracetamol 500 mg in Effervescent Tablet on August 1st 2022.
Sixteen years of teaching experience – SRI CHUKKAPALLI PITCHIAH BEST TEACHER AWARD-2017 among 17 Institutions of Siddhartha Academy of General and Technical Education.
Thirteen years of Legal background with Legal degree LL.B. I have commendable knowledge on PATENTS ACT 1970 along with Patent Rules 2003 as amended by Patents Amendment Rules, 2019 and Intellectual Property Appellate Board Patent Procedure Rules, 2010. R L NICORE AWARD 2022 for Best Research Paper (International level) published in Indian Journal of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (IJPER-Web of Science, Scopus-Q3, Science Citation Indexed). First to receive the award from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana in the past 25 years.
Research collaborator as Co-investigator to two Intramural Research projects, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Mangalagiri and developed nanoliposomal Phenytoin transdermal patch assisted with solid microneedles for personalized seizure treatment and studied preclinical bioavailability enhancement in zebrafish
Sixteen years of research experience-Best Researcher Awardee-2018 (KVSR Siddhartha College of Pharmaceutical Sciences-Department of Pharmaceutics and Biotechnology for 2017-2018).
Doctoral research work was awarded as “BEST RESEARCH PAPER” in Singapore International Conference and in many national conferences.
Post-Doctoral Research experience in research project sanctioned by Department of Science and Technology (DST) in collaboration with Loughborough University, United Kingdom (File No.DST/INT/UK/P-60/2014).

Research collaborator as Senior Scientist-Research and Development (R and D) to Hetika Pharmaceuticals LLP, Hyderabad, Telangana to guide them in preparation of dossiers and communicating with regulatory agencies regarding pre-submission strategies, compliance test requirements.
Completed short term Research project in the International UNICEF extramural project (September to December 2021) UNICEF (UNITED NATIONS INTERNATIONAL CHILDREN’S EMERGENCY FUND) funded extramural PARC project at the pioneer research institute, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Mangalagiri.
