About
I am a T-cell biologist working in the area of immunotherapy of chronic metabolic disorders and cancer. My research focuses on engineering microbes, including indole-producing bacteria and Lactobacillus strains, to modulate immune responses. I also study the role of eEF2K and mTOR signaling in CD8+ T cells to enhance anti-tumor immunity. By combining synthetic biology and immunotherapy, I aim to develop innovative treatments for cancer, autoimmune disorders, and metabolic diseases like Type-2 diabetes.
