Dr. Reeta Sharma is a noted knowledge management research professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing knowledge management practices, capacity-building, and entrepreneurship programs at TERI and for external clients. She is an expert in designing AI-based solutions, domain ontologies/taxonomies, knowledge management systems, digital libraries, KM products, evidence-based synthesis reports, systematic literature reviews, meta-analyses, and project-based portals. With over two decades of experience at TERI, she has consistently executed innovative and challenging projects.
Dr. Sharma’s recent research on AI for climate resilience has been sponsored and published by the Future of Life Institute.
She has successfully led and executed several Women Entrepreneurship Development Programmes (WEDPs) and Technology-Based Entrepreneurship Development Programmes (TEDPs) supported by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India. Between 2021 and 2024, she trained and enhanced the entrepreneurial capabilities of over 500 participants. As a team member under the Green Skill Development Programme (GSDP), she contributed to enhancing the technical knowledge of unemployed youth in selected technologies, thereby supporting employment generation.
Dr. Sharma has been actively involved in planning, designing, and implementing various projects, professional development programs, skill-based training, and research literacy initiatives at TERI. She also provides consultancy services to corporates for developing their knowledge management systems and specialized products and services.

•Developing Knowledge Management System for C3(Centre for catalysing change)
• Conceptualized and developed a Digital library on Green Mobility for GIZ.
• Organised, IDRC supported Building capacities for think tanks workshop on project management & webinar series in collaboration with CSTEP.
• Organised Women Entrepreneurship Development Programme (WEDPs), supported by the Department of Science and Technology.
• Taxonomies development for specialized collections for TERI KM and project website.
• Developed E-zines and Trend Reports-Steel and Cement Industries for the consumption of TERI Researchers
• Developed TERI digital library and its web interface using GSDL open-source software in a LAN environment.
• Excellent grip on various reference, content management software & AI tools including data visualisations
• Received Pat on the Back and TERI Roll of Honour award.
• Published in national and international journals.
